A KLPA Signature Portrait Experience is a full-service, interactive experience, that takes you through a journey of self-discovery, self-expression, & self-love.

Oh, and creates some incredible portraiture, too!

It’s a hands-on and hearts-open approach to creating portraits with meaning and connection, to yourself and to anyone else you want to share yourself with. It’s creating visual artwork out of the work of art that you already are — and being able to feel the power, pride, and love that being yourself elicits every single time you see your portraits.

This isn’t simply getting your pictures taken.

Your photo session is designed specifically for you. We take your needs, your wants, and the goals we have discovered together and create your Experience and your Session Day focuses only on you and these important elements. This Experience and your journey culminates in the incredible portraits that we capture and the artwork that graces your walls & tabletops.

Once your Experience is booked, I have a Welcome Packet for you that is full of information, but the most important piece is your Experience Guide.

This tool helps you get in touch with who you are, what you want to get out of your session, and how you ultimately want to FEEL about yourself and your portraits; in turn I use it to create THE Session Experience, just for you.

This guide includes questions & small activities about you, what brings you joy and all the parts of you & all of the emotions that you want to bring out in your session.

Other elements along the way include wardrobe & set consultations, mood boards & outlines that give you an idea how your session will look & feel. There are some other little surprises along the way—and the Experience doesn’t end right after the camera is put away either, so get ready for an full service Experience - JUST FOR YOU!

I am not going to force you to do anything that you don’t want to do, ever.

However, I also want you to have THE BEST Experience possible.

I want you to FEEL the way you long to feel. I want you to FEEL that amazing feeling that you’re striving for every single time you see your artwork; for years and years to come. There is so much value in using your phone and/or a friend to help you get some pictures.

I actually ENCOURAGE you to do so, as often as possible! These moments and days go by so quickly, and chronicling them on a regular basis is so important.

However, working with a professional photographer gives you access to expertise for posing, lighting, editing, and the creation of long-lasting, archival products.

With me, you also receive an entire personal Experience designed exclusively for YOU; to provide you not only with incredible portraiture, but a deeper appreciation of who you are, and a long-lasting sense of empowerment, self-appreciation, and love.

Every Signature Portrait Experience is definitely an investment in yourself, and the energy that you and I both put into your Experience.

There is an Experience Design Fee that is required at the time of booking, in order to secure your preferred date, of $649. This non-refundable fee includes the entire planning process: all consultations, preparation & design materials (including the Experience Guide & Session Plan Board), access to my client wardrobe & accessories, the session day itself (which includes up to 5 outfit and 3 set changes), professional lighting & guided posing, your reveal & ordering appointment, professional finishing retouching and superior lab production of your artwork, ANDa 16×20 Art Print in a 20×24 Archival Mat.

Not to mention some extra surprises along the way.

All additional printed and wall artwork are purchased separately, based on your personal needs & desires for your home.

There is an incredible range of beautiful, unique, high-quality products that I offer and clients can spend anywhere from an additional $300 to more than $6000; with a typical collection choice of about $3200.

It’s all about YOU and YOUR needs and desires, from day 1 until long after your artwork is home!

My services include professionally edited portrait prints, wall art, and album selections from highly reputable, professional and artisanal labs.

Seeing your joy, your power, your beauty & strength, in plain sight, is imperative to you feeling all of those things again and again. The ability to touch your prints, hold them in your hands, or even give yourself a high five as you walk by your art hanging prominently on the wall, creates a connection to yourself that touches your soul and reminds you of how important you are.

Digital files can never do that. Digital files get lost, get altered and lose their quality, and most devastatingly, become forgotten.

You are much too important to me, what I do, and why I do what I do in this way.

However, I do gift you digital copies of your purchased images, formatted according to your print sizes so you can share them online or use them for your social media profiles.
